Describe the bug
When looking into the broken Ubuntu installer test, I noticed that we are not testing the Mac installer either. I will look into this when I return to work on Tuesday.

Looking at the CI code, it looks like we never had tests for the Mac installer in the first place. This is something I'll need to have a look at in more detail over the coming days.
