[Feature] Demo Day Fall 2024 Feature Requests

Description

Kind of lazy to create a separate feature request for each, so here are a bunch of features requested at demo day on 7 Dec 2024:

• Course API for waitlist: find out whether a course on your schedule can be registered or is currently on waitlist for you
• Optimize my schedule using AI: input a bunch of courses you would like to take and optimize the schedule based on some preferences
• Grey out boxes that might have conflict: in section selector, grey out sections that conflict with other classes you have currently selected. Will need to do some design thinking on what a reasonable set of behaviors would be (e.g. whether you can still select, how to show the conflict etc.)
• Find course reviews online: given a list of reviews that we can manually curate/crawl the web to curate from past student blogs, attach reviews to each class
• Shared schedules: upgrade current schedule feature
• Stellic 2.0: do what stellic does but better, especially with the plan my schedule page
• Chrome extension to interface with SIO/stellic: register for courses easily, find major requirements
• Complete visualisation of the pre/postreq tree in CMU courses: would be a cool front page
• Finals schedule: sync finals schedule that can be downloaded as a calendar
