Need a universal keybind function for track ball remotes

This app needs a keybind function for making it easier to set the trigger button. I am using a Lenovo wireless remote and its essentially a small keyboard with a thumb ball and left and right click I would need to bind the activator to an actual keyboard button as the remote does not seem to have any other mouse buttons other than left and right click I am unsure of what an X button is only that this unit does not seem to have one which is why there is a need to be able to bind the scroll function to a keyboard shortcut
