How to pass arguments to pbs-submit.py

Hi,

This is a documentation issue. I can't figure out how to pass arguments like -m abe, -l gpus=1 or -p to the submit script. I can see that they should end up as arguments to the pbs-submit.py job submission wrapper, but I don't get how I can make that work.
