Improve the JSON Importer in the Webpanel:

When uploading a file show a edit screen that allows to edit properties of the categories that will be created
Checkbox that allows to select if a existing category should be used or a new one should be created

Arrow768 added this to the 1.2.10 milestone

Arrow768 added the Enhancement label

Arrow768 modified the milestone: 1.2.10
