Spalloc Feature Request: More Job Information

It would be useful to be able to be able to go into a job and request:

• Process list for any chip
• Process details for any core (at least if the core has crashed)
• IOBUF for any core (view and download): note this may require something special since IOBUF is interpretted on host at present; maybe the user would have to upload their database to request this, or else we would have to think about how to store the database on the machine somewhere (SDRAM?)

This would likely require a special page to show the detail, but it would then make it easier if e.g. the user is going to the job via a proxy server and so might not find it easy to use ybug.
