There is an issue to fix the outdated and incorrect system-modeller INSTALL.md document. This is related to the release process, which is related to supported platforms, and the system-modeller-deployment/README.md covers these same topics.

Therefore, once the platform/support problem has been addressed in system-modeller, we need to fix it here too.

This should probably involve creating a new INSTALL doc out of the current README.
