polco leads to 0 ecms with `e_coli_core` #26

Hi there!

I am running the following command:

python main.py  --model_path  e_coli_core.xml  --out_path core_conversions.csv --polco True

and I am getting 0 ECMs. Do you have any idea this might happening ?
