If the zone is rotated counterclockwise by 1 degree, you have to enter "359". (Somewhat annoying, but doable.)
But what about a roation of 3.5 or 10.2 degrees?
Shouldn't it also be of type teidata.numeric?

That seems very sensible to me, @rettinghaus ! I wonder why we set it so restrictively, or if we just set the wrong data type. Anyway I agree we should change it to teidata.numeric.
Currently
zone@rotate
is of type teidata.count.If the zone is rotated counterclockwise by 1 degree, you have to enter "359". (Somewhat annoying, but doable.)
