dead links to most probably the same doc that exists elsewhere

• TCW32, towards the end, has a link described as "Using the TEI GitHub Repository" which misdirects to http://www.tei-c.org/Guidelines/P5/get.xml
• the Guidelines home page (!), in the upper right, has a link described as "Getting and Using the TEI Sources" that misdirects to https://tei-c.org/guidelines/p5/using-the-tei-github-repository/
• Finally, a document with the title "Using the TEI GitHub Repository" is located at https://old.tei-c.org/guidelines/p5/using-the-tei-github-repository/

I'm not even sure if the existing doc is the proper target for the two dead links, because maybe a newer form of it exists, somewhere else than old.* . I tried to scan this repo for it, but wasn't able to spot it. (I am a bit lost as to what goes where.)
