ShadPS4 has an amazing pre-release system with easy to find builds - no weird clickthroughs through CI artifacts, just always present on the releases page.

We should steal the idea now that we have a build CI.

We might also wanna make the releases have a nice table like https://github.com/hiddify/hiddify-app/releases does
