Enable vpn for everything except certain apps

Hello there
I am trying to tunnel everything via vpn except chrome
(chrome is used for banking and other logins. So... want to keep chrome out of vpn tunnel)
so... I put chrome in disallowed app and put * in allowed apps
But nothing is getting tunneled via vpn.

Can someone please guide me what and where I am doing wrong?

You don't need the * in the allowed apps field. If removing that does not work please paste up a screenshot of your configuration with private details removed.

Thanks for reply.
I removed * from allowed apps and wrote chrome in disallowed apps.
Now everything is getting tunneled through VPN it seems. Even chrome's data is tunneling through vpn.
So... I tried to put the path of chrome.exe in disallowed app. Still it did not work for chrome.

Try to specify "chrome" in DisallowedApps instead using the full pathname. And remove "chrome" from AllowedApps.

I tried it. It did not work. So.... I tried to use full path. Still... it did not work.
and allowed app is empty (its showing like that as an example I guess. App is designed that way it seems)

Are you testing Chrome by seeing what IP address it is using on a site like https://icanhazip.com/ ?

The config looks okay. I've just tried the same thing on my machine and it's okay. Could you try disallowing Edge instead and see what result you get?
