It is something I've discussed with the creator of WireSock but there is a significant amount of effort to support other VPN protocols. We are considering releasing a paid "pro" version that would have more features and help to compensate the time required to implement them. Do you mind expanding on why you prefer OpenVPN over WireGuard? I'm curious if it is performance/tech debt/personal preference etc. |

Really? Split tunneling is a pretty standard feature for most VPN clients. You may not be able to use the built-in Windows OpenVPN adapter, but I just googled "openvpn client split tunneling windows" and the first result was the official OpenVPN Connect Windows client, which supports split tunneling. You could also try looking on [removed because I'm not sure if this is just an attempt to spam this link] for other Windows OpenVPN clients and see if their descriptions include split tunneling. It seems like including OpenVPN, one of the older and more easily accessible VPN protocols, would be unnecessary and completely out-of-scope for a project like TunnlTo. |

This is the only application I've found that allows the user to do application based split tunneling. But I prefer using OpenVPN rather than WireGuard. Will there ever be a way to use OpenVPN instead?
