Figure out how to create a static version of the website

All of the packages that will allow us to do this conversion just make the requests and render the templates, this is generally fine but has involved removing all of the login permissions to view pages. The permissions to add/update/delete are still valid and extant but the view permissions have been removed.

on the static version perhaps we could offer a download button in the action block for users to download the info as a bundle? (if appropriate)
