Improve harmonization template

Review the following to improve the harmonization template:

• include MT nutrient crosswalk
• include target units units.xlsx
• consider USGS observed properties OP_Mapping_forEPA.txt
• consider DataStream nutrient guidance: https://datastream.org/en-ca/documentation/nutrient-data-guidance

Review the attached document and Excel workbook to help standardize how we might harmonize nutrient data. This work was done for NSTEPS projects for OW/OST/HECD and is led by Jacques Oliver and Galen Kaufman in HECD. Reach out to them with any additional questions. The excel workbook has that master crosswalk table in it. See the TEMPLATE tab.

Review metals guidance documents from Datastream (attached, see Fig 1 in particualr) and WQX : https://www.epa.gov/waterdata/wqx-metals-best-practices-guide

• Unfiltered (dissolved + suspended/particulate)
• Filtered (dissolved, pot. dissolved)
• Particulate (suspended)

Consider changing TADA harmonization file defaults to best align with guidance and best practices.
