Ensure acl:relcl relates a verb to a NOUN, PRON or PROPN, and introduce advcl:relcl for a verb being related to an ADJ, ADV or VERB

acl:relcl for clauses that describe something:

air a’ phocaid a th' aige 'on the pocket that he has', more idiomatically 'on his pocket' (s08_083)
These are marked by the relative particle a.

The acl:relcl deprel has also been used for clauses related to comparatives:

• nas fheàrr na tha sinn fhìn 'better than we are ourselves' (f05_007)
  and adverbs of time:
• gun robh uaireigin a bhiodh a athair o chionn fada a' rèic èisg 'that sometimes his father long ago would sell fish' (c08_046)
  because they are marked with the relative particle a but they should be marked with advcl:relcl instead. (Possibly advcl may prove easier for a parser to learn.)
