Add Promoted=Yes to MISC column where an ADP or DET is standing in for a nominal and adjust validate_gd_extras.py #51

For example in:

  • c05_022, train: 's e tankers a tha a' tighinn a-staigh dhan 'it is tankers that are coming into'
  • c05_065, train: chan eil sin uabhasach math ann an 'that is not awfully good in'
  • n09_008, train: choisich iad suas os cionn 'they walked up above'

the ADP has an obl relationship to the verb. The local validator protests about this as obl should connect a nominal to a verb.

If there is Promoted=Yes in the MISC column then the validator can let these cases through.
