Integration test failed again but this time with apiVersion:

It seems apiVersion is hardcoded in src/main/bicep/mainTemplate.bicep

I will update these based on values in https://dev.azure.com/was-azure/was-azure/_workitems/edit/440#9268525
Also need to update https://github.com/WASdev/azure.websphere-traditional.image/blob/main/docs/howto-update-apiVersions.md if this works.

The Properties tab does not have a Support and Help link(s) section, but the Offer listing tab does. Updated the Support website for Azure Global customers" to be https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/?language=en_US
