Update TCK with fixes made to Oracle for CTS (if any)? #20

We gave our approval for Oracle to make a set of changes to the batch portion of CTS.

Will have to go back through email to remember what these were exactly.. e..g I recall an issue about using one of the local vs. global JNDI namespaces.

This is a bit tricky to test since we don't have a standalone EE TCK at the moment.
