Thank you for your wonderful jobs. I’m trying to run your scripts for my macaque data but I got some error. I want to know the content in the file named hcppipe_conf.txt.

Because I met this error:
./PreFreeSurferPipelineBatchNHP.sh: line 52: Subjlist=sub001/StudyFolder=/home/monkey/surfaceConstructionForMacaque/rawdata_structure/RawData/hcppipe_conf.txt: No such file or directory
