Uncommit .tfvars

It's generally recommended not to commit .tfvars to Github, especially public repos. Although the current files don't have secrets like passwords or keys, bucket names could be considered sensitive info and be used by attackers. Sometimes someone could add secrets to this file and commit by mistake, so it's best to add it to the .gitignore file.
