Glow subregion with wrong position

while leveling classic skinning, i noticed something odd:

I wish i knew what caused it. Reloading caused the problem to vanish, annoyingly.

The wrong glows are supposed to apply to the auras above them, in the "Bads" dynamic group. That group is anchored to another dynamic group ("SpinningPlates")'s topright (which is mostly but not perfectly static). Perhaps there's some silly race condition?
