Don't Loop octave on low tone frequencies #173

The same thing that was done on out of range frequencies beyond octave 7 must be done to the lowest octave, notes 0-12.
c0.zip - it's a lowest possible OPL3 note recorded via Adlib Tracker. It corresponds to note 12 of Bank Editor.

Turns out I was wrong - the lowest possible note on OPL3... is 0Hz. You can go 5 octaves, if not more, below C0. Is it possible to remove that octave loop?
