Some issues inside Log file.

am getting some lines in the log that displays
(172.16.188.1) - Could not send body to browser

can you please explain what are those and if it is possible to avoid them ?

Hello, not problem.
You get that message because the user closed the connection then the information not is possible to send to browser (or user). Is like a 'warning' message.

Hello,
that i understand but now what i find it weird is that i was using wget to download some files and i am sure during the wget session i didn't disconnect which means the session was still on connected to the proxy and yet i had this msg.
anyhow i shall be double checking and testing again and again, and keep u posted.
