Generally, the board silk screen is marked SPK. The speaker needs to be welded, and the MIC silk screen position needs to weld the condenser microphone
The quote above is from the FAQ, but I can't find MIC and SPK on the silk screen of my LilyGO T-A7670.

Which terminals/pads should I solder the microphone and speaker leads to?

I, too, was struggling with the same problem. I eventually found them, they're at the bottom, 2 sets of 2 pads for SPK/MIC, circled in red in this image:

Thanks, but I think thats a t-call. To clarify I was referring to the T-SIM-A7670E, with the battery holder and solar input.
