ChIPseeker::covplot(H3K4_IRI_peak_1, weightCol="V5") this works for me but i would like not to scale or set some specific peak signals for each chromosome. I was trying to use your covplot function, but it cause an issue of "no applicable method for 'slice' applied to an object of class".
Ask in right place
May i know the slice function that is used in covplot() ?
Thank you for your time!
