Brief Description of Changes

We are making some minor changes to improve clarity and align the paper with the arxiv version of it.

1. Make minor terminology changes to improve clarity (example in the image below)
2. We rename the first two configuration in the paper to improve readability.
3. For clarity, we add section 4.1 to explicitly discuss evaluation metrics: surface-level metrics and LLM Judge.
4. For clearer presentation, Tables 3 and 4 are combined into Table 3, and Tables 5 and 6 are collated into Table 4.
5. Including additional evaluation metrics (LLM Judge).
6. (This was asked by one of the reviewers) Reorganize the appendix and add detailed chunking algorithm.
