Scroll all the way down within a space and then try to scroll up again

No idea at the moment, need to check scrolling behaviour of the third-party that we have used.

Spent bit of time in finding root cause of this issue. but I haven't found any issue in Acter Code related to this. However there are many open issue related ScrollablePositionedList in Flutter which is used in our underlying library scrollable_positioned_list: ^0.3.8.
