.NET9 On build agents

Anyone who knows when .NET 9 will be installed on build agents in general and for OSX in particular. We have a MAUI app and would like to benefit from the stability improvements made in .NET 9 without manually installing the SDK in pipeline for each run.

.NET 9.0 will be available across macOS-based images with the next deployment, basing on this PR: #11325
Probably by the end of this week.

Yeah, not for all the images. 😞 We had some issues with the release to resolve. It was just fixed, so the next week is the exact target date for macos-14. Also you could try macos-15 - there should be .NET 9.0 already.
