In the ARDUINO_R3_ICSP device, the ground mapping is wrong. You have G$1.GND@1 GND@3 G$1.GND@2 GND@1 G$1.GND@3 GND@2
It should be G$1.GND@1 GND@1 G$1.GND@2 GND@2 G$1.GND@3 GND@3

I was just looking at this part. Should the 3V and 5V pins be designated as supply instead of power since they output voltage?
