Fish length ranges for FMA

Issue

We are working with Chris Anderson (RACE) to come up with the expected length ranges (min and max) for fish and crab species that North Pacific Observer Program (NPOP) observers are tasked to collect. The expected ranges will be used for QA/QC checks during the debriefing process. Chris is also pulling data to see the differences in the length ranges, by sex, to take sexual dimorphism into account. This is especially important for crab species.
