Describe the bug
After editing the milestone amount, the site commission amount is not updated in the admin side

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

[domain]/transactions/all

Overall Getlancer.
Login as admin.
Go to payments and select transaction.
After editing the milestone amount, the site commission amount is not updated in the admin side.

Expected behavior
After editing the milestone amount, the site commission amount should be updated in the admin side
