Wenn der Antrag auf die Reduktion der Minimumkardinalität von Specimen.type im Ballot von EU LAB angenommen wird, könnte das in CH ELM analog angepasst werden und der "fixedValue" für Specimen.type.text wäre nicht mehr notwendig.

fixed in EU Lab Report aber min cardinality wird noch enforced im Schweizer Lab Report
