背景

目前告警历史支持的筛选条件不足以满足用户的搜索场景

新增筛选

策略类型
1. 策略分为指标、事件、探测等多种类型，搜索条件需要根据此完成检索
策略类目
1. 在创建或者编辑策略时候，可以为每个策略选择自定义的业务类目属性，需要通过此属性完成告警历史检索
