Authorized Spend lets a Console user with a Keplr wallet do one of two things:

  1. Authorize another user (wallet) to use some of the fund in their wallet for deployments
  2. Use another user (wallet)'s funds for deployment (if they have authorized this user as such)

Details of the requirements and design are documented here: https://github.com/akash-network/community/blob/main/sig-clients/akash-console/prd-authorized-spend.md
