原项目页面(父)通过iframe 渲染了表单页面 但是无法拿到数据

原项目表单框架的提交按钮无法点击后获取表单内填写的数据值

将general-demo项目增加了 一个表单预览页form.html.
然后打成了build的静态资源 放到了原项目中
通过iframe 引入了该form.html
成功渲染页面 但是原项目的提交功能 触发到内部的index.js内部的方法 但是无法拿到内部的value值
