Describe the feature

The use case that we have for bitcoin is the perfect candidate for bitcoin-addresses instead.

Once it is released, see https://lib.rs/crates/bitcoin-addresses and related to rust-bitcoin/rust-bitcoin#2883 bitcoin-bosd should use that.

Additional context

We'll probably need bitcoin-primitives as well.
