Scripts to deal with DICOM files in Radiomics. Use them to create a datasheet from your messy DICOM files created by default, or use them to extract radiomic features from your given RTSTRUCT files and CT or MR or PET images. Edit the parameter .yaml file to configure the feature extractor.
