Cookie parsing

Cookies should either be parsed and written to the har, or stripped out and replaced with '*'s as filler characters, depending on command-line settings.

I'm currently working on a python har library (off and on, as I have time). Since we're going to be running in to the same issues (like cookie parsing) seems like it might be worth while to share this task.
