Very Unstable downloads that results in bad files

Steps to reproduce

For the first mentioned issue at actual behavior:

• Start the download of one or more episodes
• Pause the downloader

For the second:

• Add two or more episodes to the queue
• Remove from the queue an episode that isn't being downloaded

For the third one:

• Limit your internet connection or contract a bad isp
• Start a download. In a speed of 30kb/s downloads crashes randomly

For the fourth:

• Start some downloads
• Power off the screen of your cellphone or use another app. Downloads crashes at any moment while this happens.

Expected behavior

Downloads should go fine every moment.

Actual behavior

The following conditions results in unstable downloads that crashes at any moment:

• Pausing a Download
• Removing from the queue an episode that isn't being downloaded in the present
• Slow internet (from 30kb/s to 500kb/s)
• Putting the app in the background

This behavior may sometimes result in episodes that aren't fully downloaded and marked as complete, and converted from a .tmp file to a .mkv or .mp4 video file. Or in a few cases where the downloader creates duplicated video files, and one of them is not fully downloaded while the other one is fully downloaded, manual renaming is needed if this happens.

Same here. Moto g 2020. Needs better error handling on files, causes my sd card errors only fixable with fsck
