Desired behaviour and rendering for people

In the letters, mentioned people are encoded as <rs ref="bio.xml#iongh_aletta_de" type="person">De Iongh</rs>

The text to be displayed is the content of the rs element and it has to behave as a link to RKD database (URL from @corresp attribute in <person> element).

A mouseover on the link should lead to a popup containing information taken from the bio.xml file, as follows:
• Name: take <persName full="abb"> element. When the element has multiple full="abb", take the first one.
• Year of birth and death: form @when in elements <birth> and <death>. Show it within round brackets and separated by a dash, like: (1870-1946)
• Nationality: <nationality>
• Brief description: should be the content of <note type="shortdesc">
