Hi,

I am not sure of the best format to send you my data. I have TCR sequencing data from Adaptive Biotechnologies on sorted CD4+ T cells with specificity for Toxin B (TcdB) from C. difficile. I have data for n=5 individuals during active infection and for n=3 I have paired data post fecal microbiota transplant. The level of detail I have for each is shown in the attached file, I have these for each individual.

I also have a combined rearrangements file that lists each CDR3 amino acid region and which individual and sample it was detected in, but I cannot yet figure out how to add in VDJ gene names to this file.

Can you please advise what is the best way to get you the data required to upload these sequences to the VDJdb
