Missing vdjdb.score Column in vdjdb_full.txt of Latest Database Release

I noticed that the latest database release (vdjdb-2024-11-27-fixed.zip) no longer includes the vdjdb.score column in the vdjdb_full.txt file.

The program I’m using, which was developed by someone else, relies on the presence of this column. As a result, I’m encountering an error when running it.

Is the removal of this column intentional (i.e., a new feature), or could this be a bug?

Any clarification would be greatly appreciated!

Ohayo @yoshiF7d . We plan to move from vdjdb.score specification scheme, as most data is now obtained using single-cell, old scoring is of little use and a new scoring scheme should be considered. So you can just append the column and fill it with 3 which is highest score. Alternatively, you can join the table with old scoring from previous VDJdb releases and fill missing values with NA.
