    <h2>Terms and conditions</h2>
    <h3>By registering for SpainJS 2013, the registrants agree to the terms and conditions below.</h3>

    <h4>CONFERENCE TICKETS</h4>
    <p>Entry to the conference on the 5th and 6th of July will only be permitted to persons who have purchased a ticket or sponsorship pack. Every conference ticket includes entry to the event, goody pack, mid-morning breakfast, lunch, and entry to the fiesta on Friday the 5th of July and Atlassian Party on Saturday the 6th. Tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis. Individual tickets to the fiesta will also be available.</p>
    <p>On Thursday the 4th of July, <a href="http://madridjs.org" target="_blank">Madrid.js</a> will be organising a series of workshops. Unfortunately, due to space and practical limits, assistence will be limited. Tickets for the workshops will be free, but reservation priority will be given to those who have purchased a conference ticket.</p>

    <h4>PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES</h4>

    <p>Payment can be made via the online registration/payment form. Tickets are non-refundable, but please get in touch and we'll see if we can transfer the ticket to someone else.</p>
    <p>The organiser reserves the right to make promotional offers and discounted rates to promote asistence to the event.</p>

    <h4>AUDIO / VIDEOTAPING</h4>
    <p>All presentations and associated materials are the speakers’ intellectual property. Recording for commercial purposes requires permission from both the organiser and the speaker.</p>
    <p>The organiser reserves the right to ask any attendee to move their equipment or leave a session if it causes disruption.</p>
    <p>By attending the conference, attendees have agreed to allow the organizer to use images, audio, and video recorded content on site for educational and promotional purposes.</p>

    <h4>RESPONSIBILITY</h4>
    <p>The participant acknowledges that he/she may not engage in damage claims against the Conference Organizers should the holding of the Conference be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events, natural disaster, the non-appearance of speakers, or other reasons that might necessitate a program change. Organisers may cancel the event at any time and tickets will be refunded in full without any additional fees.</p>

    <h4>CODE OF CONDUCT</h4>
    <p>All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the following <a href="about.html#codeofconduct">code of conduct</a>.</p>
