Scanning of files by clamAV via pyClamd?
http://xael.org/norman/python/pyclamd/

Quarantine until scanned, then flip clean flag in DB and allow downloading.
If dirty, then delete file and notify sender and set infected flag to display when
listing on tracker pages.
