outputing statistics different with the qcreport

I am using hichipper to analyze the hichip data of GM12878 which is provided in the qc reports,but I have some questions about the result.I got a different result than the qc report except the Total_PETs.I used the peaks' option : EACH,SELF .

Is it because I use hichipper 0.7.7 but the report which is provided uses hichipper 0.7.1?
