Fix deprecated links. Details below:

Hey guys, working through some tutorials specifically this one https://academy.avax.network/course/l1-tokenomics/03-multi-chain-ecosystems/03-use-erc20-as-native-token and it calls out these contracts https://github.com/ava-labs/avalanche-interchain-token-transfer/tree/3a06a32d7e3a9fb6bc78df39ce0447d8dfbc069d When you go to the github the repo is deprecated. I swore I saw once upon a time a message that these were deprecated and when moved to https://github.com/ava-labs/icm-contracts/tree/main or did they move somewhere else?
