Users have a need to vizualise used questions in previous exams.
They want to to determine in which exam they used it and possibly categorizing the quesiton per Domain and thematics.

An idea to explore is to get the questions results from all project into one tab. The users should be able to directly add this question in their current project.

Advice : use copy function which is already working fine. for adding the question into the project

This is a high priority issue (determined by UX research)

User-story would be :
As a Teacher
I want to access all questions I used in my previous exams, per spinneret, modules and theme
In order to create new exams faster and to get inspiried for the contextualization.
