Although the heavy own server that is put onto a fragile smartphone as a weight on 4 is also a great idea.

No. 2 seems more organized and thus less cluttered. 1 and 4 make me wonder what type of software DAVx5 might be. 3 is OK, but 2 looks better because it puts the phone and therefore the information on the screen in the center and doesn't occlude it.
--> DAVx5 sorts out all the tedious background stuff for you, so you can focus on other things

I find 3 to be confusing. Number 2 feels very expected for a phone app and feels boring to me.

There are aspects I like about both 1 and 4. Since I cannot vote for multiple, I didn't actually vote. 😳

Edit: The primary thing about number 4 is that it's a little difficult to understand it's an Android app. I do appreciate the server reference as @rfc2822 points out.

Okay, after thinking about it more, I'm starting to like number 1 more, although not enough to vote yet. 🤦🏻‍♂️
