Describe the Feature

I know this is how twitter does it, but it always struck me as unintuitive. You have to hit the timestamp button to read the comments. If you hit the comments button, you can comment, but not read the previous comments.

IMHO, it would be more logical, if hitting the comments button would allow you to comment and read the comments.
